This website is operated by Ed Helsinki, Tax ID FI32437629, Topeliuksenkatu 35 A2, 00250 Helsinki, Finland. These terms apply only to the use of edhelsinki.com. The website redirects visitors to Holvi for public-tour bookings; it does not process a booking, payment, change, or cancellation itself.
2. Tour information and booking
The website describes the main features, approximate duration, distance, terrain and intended age range of each tour. Public tours are booked through the external Holvi shop. The service, date, language, total price, taxes, payment, booking confirmation, change and cancellation conditions are presented and handled there. Private and Full Day Tour enquiries are not confirmed until Ed Helsinki accepts the request and both parties agree the service and price.
3. Prices, payment and confirmation
The total price and available payment methods are displayed in the booking flow. Do not send card or banking information through the email enquiry form. Keep the booking confirmation and the terms presented at checkout as your record of the agreement.
4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Edhelsinki.com only supplies the link to Holvi. Review and follow the cancellation, rescheduling, refund and any applicable withdrawal information shown for the selected tour on Holvi before completing the order. This website does not publish a separate cancellation policy and cannot change the conditions attached to a Holvi order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Participation, weather and accessibility
Walking conditions in Helsinki vary with the weather and season. Guests are responsible for suitable clothing and footwear and for reviewing the distance, terrain and age guidance before booking. Tell Ed Helsinki about mobility or accessibility needs in advance so the suitability of a route or a reasonable alternative can be discussed. A responsible adult must supervise participating children.
6. Conduct and safety
Follow reasonable safety instructions and respect local residents, public spaces and other guests. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer’s mandatory rights or excludes liability where Finnish law does not permit exclusion.
7. Website content and third-party services
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photography, branding and design on this website belong to Ed Helsinki or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal trip planning but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission. External services, including Holvi, operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Availability and changes
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate, but schedules, routes and availability may change. The details shown in the confirmed booking take priority. Updated website terms apply from their published effective date and do not retroactively change an already confirmed booking unless the law or the parties allow it.
9. Finnish law and consumer disputes
Finnish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available in their country of residence. First contact Ed Helsinki so the matter can be resolved directly. Consumers can also contact Finland’s Consumer Advisory Services and may refer an unresolved matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. A consumer may also bring proceedings in a competent court under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
